The Annual Championships this year will be held on Tuesday 24th November 2009, Friday 27th November 2009,
Tuesday 1st December 2009 and Friday 4th December 2009. Entry forms are available now from the Desk. They must be back by the 13th November in order for you to enter. Please remember that you must have 24 appearances (Gala Appearances for Wallasey in a team gala count as two) in order to enter.

Today, after a great deal of hard work undertaken by Sue Williams and Dave Barke, Wallasey's Swim 21 folder was taken to the Swim Northwest Office in Manchester for final checking before submission to the assessment Panel. If everything goes to plan and all the evidence is in order we will have to wait about six to eight weeks to see if we pass and become a Swim 21 Club at Teaching level.

It is with great saddness that we announce the passing of our Club President and life member Ann Hamilton. She was liked by all even by those that hadnt just met her at Wallasey Swimming Club. She was so liked that so many people turned up to her funeral that there just wasnt enough room to fit everyone in.
